Notification Of Ticket
Events Status is driven by
a set of EVENTS. There are two general types of
Events - Internal and External.
Internal Events are those that do not concern Clients -
in general they are are housekeeping events, such as
Recalculation of all open tickets, or those Events
specific to MicroMetric, Inc. employees, such as
Open Tasks.
External Events are those visible to Clients. A list of
all currently defined External Events is given
below. Please note that not all of these events are
NOT available to ALL Clients or Users. To see which
Events you are authorized for, you must first sign
into the Secure Area of the web site, then browse to
